Abstract

The early diagnosis of clinical and functional phycological signs of the disease in dental patients, especially in orthodontic patients, the organization of restoration of the physiological functions of chewing efficiency in children, speech, breathing are today one of the urgent and important problems of pediatric orthodontic dentistry. Pathological biting makes it possible to obtain dental – jaw joint in abandoned children, the use of the advantages of jaw growth and tooth rupture, and before the occurrence of large replacement deformities, which are difficult to develop and treat pathologically. It is considered promising to create a new way to correct pathological occlusion during the period of milk tooth bite and tooth exchange, in order to restore physiological development in the area of the tooth – jaw system, prevent severe disorders in the tooth-jaw system and restore children's health.
