This article examines the role of intellectual potential in accelerating economic growth and strengthening national competitiveness. In contemporary knowledge-based economies, human capital, creativity, innovation capabilities, and digital competencies have become decisive drivers of sustainable development. The paper analyzes how the formation and enhancement of intellectual potential — through education, innovation systems, digital technologies, and institutional reforms — contribute to efficient resource utilization and long-term economic performance. Key challenges and strategic priorities for developing intellectual capacity are also discussed.
