Human capital, encompassing knowledge, skills, competencies, and social experience, represents a crucial factor in economic development and innovation processes. The study investigates strategies for developing human capital, enhancing its efficiency in an innovation-based economy, and strengthening competitiveness in the labor market. The article highlights the strategic importance of investing in education, professional training, skill enhancement, and healthcare to foster human capital development. Additionally, it analyzes how effective management of human capital in an innovation-driven economy contributes to social and economic stability at the national level.
