This article presents a scientific discussion on what qualities a modern teacher should possess in today’s educational landscape. Based on research conducted in the theoretical field of contemporary teacher-related issues, the study analyzes the interrelationship between various psychological perspectives associated with this matter. The article also provides conclusions derived from the results of research methods applied to studying the problem.
