Abstract

This scientific article studies the processes of influence of polyethylene film and paper materials used in wrapping cabbage heads on the stored product during the storage of Beijing cabbage. In other words, we studied in our experiment the resistance of cabbage heads to various materials during storage, what positive or negative results we can achieve when wrapping them in these materials, and analyzed the results of our observations.
