The article examines the strategic aspects of innovative development of service sector enterprises, emphasizing the importance of innovation as a key driver of competitiveness and sustainable growth. It identifies priority directions such as digital transformation, the introduction of new business models, and the enhancement of service quality through technological innovations. The mechanisms for implementing innovation strategies include public-private partnerships, investment in human capital, and the development of innovation infrastructure. The study highlights the necessity of creating favorable institutional and financial conditions to ensure the effective realization of innovation strategies in the service industry.
