Abstract

The article discusses the issues of creating conditions for students studying in higher educational institutions to acquire a wide range of opportunities for them to obtain modern knowledge in conditions that meet international standards. The issue of teaching аrabic in an unconventional style is becoming relevant at the present time. The study analyzes the role of human capital in mastering foreign languages and examines the reasons for the underdevelopment of future аrabic teacher competence. Furthermore, the article substantiates the formation of the professional competence of future аrabic language teachers as a socio-pedagogical necessity driven by the ongoing educational reforms and economic development of Uzbekistan.
