This article discusses the historical and current development of Uzbekistan's textile industry, highlighting its importance in the global market. The study evaluates challenges and prospects for further advancement, especially in terms of export potential and integration into the global economy. The article outlines strategies for overcoming these challenges, including the adoption of advanced technologies and strengthening the competitiveness of textile enterprises. This paper also presents recommendations for increasing the sector's export capacity and securing Uzbekistan’s position as a leading exporter of high-value-added textile products.
