Abstract

This study investigates the comparative effectiveness of traditional and AI-assisted approaches to teaching writing in English as a Foreign Language (EFL), conducted at Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies (TSUOS). The research focuses on multilingual undergraduate students majoring in philology (Chinese/English, Persian/English), history (Pashto/English), and economics (Arabic/English). At TSUOS, students pursue in-depth study of both an Eastern and a Western language, making them ideal participants for evaluating diverse instructional approaches.
