The sustainable development of the preschool education system primarily depends on the preparation of professionally competent teaching staff. Achieving a contemporary level of quality in preparing students for pedagogical activity requires the creation of appropriate educational conditions and the development of pedagogical technologies aimed at transforming the internal professional position and value-semantic orientation of future preschool educators. Such transformation is regarded as an essential prerequisite for accepting, developing, and implementing innovative pedagogical ideas. The article examines the importance of future preschool educators’ creative growth, continuous self-development, professional communication, and readiness for lifelong learning in improving the quality of their pedagogical preparation.
