It highlights the role of fine arts in societal life, emphasizing its educational, aesthetic, and spiritual functions. The article also underscores the importance of the education system, pedagogical technologies, and digital tools in popularizing art. Furthermore, it scientifically substantiates the interrelationship between traditional art schools and modern creative and technological approaches.
