Abstract

This research paper is dedicated to the analysis of the theoretical and practical foundations for developing the professional and personal qualities of future preschool educators. The study examines the requirements imposed on pedagogical staff in the modern preschool education system, as well as the challenges in cultivating essential qualities in future specialists, such as creativity, critical thinking, communication, and cooperation (the 4K model).

During the research process, effective models for the professional training of future educators were developed using reflective mentoring and peer-to-peer technologies, based on the principles of the "Third Renaissance" aimed at enhancing the quality of pedagogical education. Within the framework of this study, theoretical data was synthesized, and pedagogical conditions suitable for the development of the professional and personal qualities of future educators were substantiated based on empirical experiments.
