This article provides a theoretical and practical analysis of the effectiveness of using reflective learning technologies in higher education institutions. It explores the essence of reflective learning technologies, their role in the pedagogical process, and their importance in developing the professional competence of future teachers. The possibilities of methods such as portfolio, reflective diary, case-study, and self-assessment in improving the quality of education are also substantiated. According to the research results, reflective learning technologies significantly enhance students’ independent thinking, professional self-awareness, and readiness for pedagogical practice.
