Abstract

This article discusses the issues of organizing the process of preparing students for career choice at the primary education stage based on humanistic principles. The importance of personality-oriented education, taking into account the interests and abilities of students, ensuring the right to free choice, and supporting individual development in career guidance is analyzed. According to the results of the study, pedagogical activities based on humanistic principles serve to form professional interests in primary school students and expand their ideas about future professions.
