Abstract

This scientific article provides a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of physical inactivity (hypodynamia) and its effects on the human body from the perspectives of modern physiology, pathophysiology, and preventive medicine. Hypodynamia is considered a condition characterized by insufficient physical activity resulting from sedentary lifestyles, labor automation, and the widespread use of digital technologies. Today, physical inactivity is recognized as one of the most significant global public health problems.
