This article examines the modern directions of innovative development of trade enterprises in the conditions of e-commerce. In the context of rapid digitalization and the expansion of online markets, e-commerce has become a key driver of transformation in the trade sector. The study analyzes how digital platforms, electronic payment systems, logistics technologies, artificial intelligence, and big data analytics contribute to the innovative development of trade enterprises. Special attention is given to the role of online marketplaces, mobile commerce, and digital customer interaction systems in improving business efficiency and competitiveness. The findings show that the integration of e-commerce technologies significantly enhances operational efficiency, expands market access, and supports sustainable innovative development of trade enterprises.
