This article reveals the important role of the teacher's speech culture in the educational process. The author emphasizes that speech culture is not only a means of personal development for the teacher, but also a key factor in effective education. The article analyzes how the teacher's speech skills (clarity, fluency, expressiveness, correctness) affect the process of learning, increase their motivation and the level of mastering educational materials. It also discusses various methods of developing speech culture (self-study, analysis of educational materials, professional training) and the responsibility of teachers in this regard. The article is useful for teachers, specialists in the field of pedagogy and those interested in education, and provides practical recommendations on improving the quality of education by developing teachers' speech culture.
