This article analyzes the directions of development of Uzbek dialectological lexicography under conditions of digital transformation, as well as the scientific-theoretical and practical foundations of innovative approaches in language education. The study comparatively examines traditional dialectological dictionaries and the possibilities of digital lexicography, highlighting issues related to the systematization of dialect units in digital formats, corpus development, and their presentation through interactive platforms.
The article substantiates the role of modern information and communication technologies in the collection, storage, processing, and analysis of dialectological data. In addition, it demonstrates—on the basis of scholarly evidence—the pedagogical effectiveness of digital dialectological resources in the language education process and their significance in developing learners’ linguistic competencies. The research findings confirm that the implementation of a digital approach in Uzbek dialectology serves as an important methodological foundation not only for deepening scholarly research, but also for preserving the national linguistic heritage and modernizing the educational process.
