The article scientifically examines skillful diplomatic activity in public administration of the Timurid era, the importance of external relations in ensuring an environment of mutual peace, security of peoples, and international friendship. Amir Temur's skillful diplomacy with foreign countries, procedures for receiving ambassadors, international letters and correspondence, strong politics, justice, historical sources, scientific literature and other materials are analyzed.
