Abstract

This article examines the concept of stress, its impact on human psychology, and strategies for stress management. Based on scientific research and psychological theories by scholars such as Hans Selye, Richard Lazarus, Albert Bandura, and Martin Seligman, the article discusses how stress affects emotional, cognitive, and behavioral processes. In addition, practical approaches are provided to enhance resilience and psychological well-being.
