Abstract

 This article analyzes the importance of developing balance and coordination skills, methodological approaches, and practical exercises in the initial training stage of academic rowers. In academic rowing, balance is an important factor in increasing the effectiveness of movements and maintaining a stable boat position. Furthermore, coordination abilities ensure the athlete's coordination of movements and contribute to improving their technical skills. The article presents key exercises and methodological recommendations aimed at developing these abilities.
