Abstract

This article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations for improving the effectiveness of physical education classes in higher education institutions through the application of innovative pedagogical technologies. The study analyzes the integration of competence-based approaches, digital pedagogy, interactive teaching methods, and monitoring systems. Experimental results demonstrate that the implementation of innovative technologies significantly enhances students’ physical activity levels, motivation, and learning outcomes.
