This article analyzes the role of innovative approaches in the process of developing the economic potential of an enterprise from a scientific, theoretical and practical perspective. The importance of innovations in ensuring the competitiveness of enterprises, increasing production efficiency and achieving sustainable development in modern economic conditions is substantiated. The study covers the impact of innovative activities on economic potential, its management mechanisms and development directions. The conclusions obtained indicate the need for widespread implementation of innovative approaches in enterprises.
