This article examines the role of artificial intelligence technologies in higher education institutions. The study analyzes the pedagogical and organizational potential of AI-based systems in improving learning quality, supporting personalized education, and optimizing academic management. The findings indicate that artificial intelligence contributes to the development of adaptive learning environments and enhances the effectiveness of teaching and learning processes. The research emphasizes the importance of methodological and ethical considerations for the sustainable integration of artificial intelligence in university education.
