Project-Based Learning (PBL) has emerged as a highly effective pedagogical approach in language education, emphasizing active, learner-centered engagement and real-world application. By involving students in collaborative, meaningful projects, PBL fosters communicative competence, critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills. This article explores the theoretical foundations of PBL, methodological strategies for designing and implementing projects in language classrooms, and practical considerations for maximizing learner engagement and outcomes. Examples from modern classrooms illustrate how PBL transforms passive learning into an interactive and motivating experience.
