Abstract

A society needs educated and well-rounded individuals in order to build a healthy and sustainable future. Education plays a crucial role in the intellectual, physical, emotional, and psychological development of individuals. This study is significant as it explores the historical relationship between health and education. It emphasizes the necessity of fostering a healthy and safe lifestyle among citizens as a foundation for a healthy society. Furthermore, analysis of health-related content in the life science curriculum revealed that most outcomes are associated with general health knowledge. It is recommended that in today’s world, where global health issues and urgent medical conditions prevail, such topics should be more prominently reflected in life science curricula.
