Abstract

This article examines the effectiveness of modern recovery methods in optimizing post-training recovery processes in middle-distance runners. The study analyzes contemporary rehabilitation and recovery techniques, including cryotherapy, massage, hydrotherapy, stretching exercises, and active recovery methods, from a physiological and practical perspective. Particular attention is paid to their influence on cardiovascular function, muscle regeneration, energy restoration, and fatigue reduction. The findings highlight the importance of an individualized and integrated recovery approach in enhancing training efficiency and improving athletic performance. The results of the study can be applied in the scientific planning of training and recovery programs for middle-distance runners.
