This article analyzes Uzbekistan’s integration into international capital markets, focusing on the key opportunities and obstacles shaping this process. The study examines recent economic and financial reforms aimed at enhancing financial openness, improving the investment climate, and strengthening macroeconomic stability. Particular attention is paid to institutional quality, regulatory frameworks, and domestic capital market development as critical factors influencing successful integration. The findings indicate that while Uzbekistan has made notable progress in accessing global capital, structural and institutional challenges continue to limit the full realization of potential benefits. The article concludes that sustainable integration requires consistent reforms, strong institutions, and a balanced approach to financial openness and stability.
