Empirical and international sources show that effective programs increase enterprise revenues by quickly saving costs and increasing competitiveness; for success, financing mechanisms and monitoring are required. Additionally, long-term ROI and market value will be improved by reducing waste and improving the brand image, but political support and financial mechanisms are essential
