This article explores the role of the education system in shaping and improving the legal culture of youth through contemporary pedagogical and legal approaches. It examines the intersection of legal consciousness, civic responsibility, and value-based education, highlighting how schools and universities can strengthen youth engagement with legal norms while cultivating a deeper sense of social responsibility. Special attention is given to the influence of curricular design, instructional methodology, institutional environment, and the growing significance of digital literacy in forming legally aware generations. The study argues that the development of legal culture is not merely a technical objective but a pivotal condition for democratic stability and ethical social participation.
