The article highlights the necessity, importance, and main tasks of researching the impact of land cadastre on investment processes. The role of the cadastral system in land resource management, its significance in improving the investment environment, and opportunities for achieving economic development through efficient land resource utilization are scientifically substantiated. Based on the research results, scientific and practical recommendations for improving the land cadastre system have been developed.
