Abstract
This article discusses the importance of investment activity in the national economy, the role of small business and private entrepreneurship in its activation. It analyzes the impact of investment projects implemented by small business entities on regional economic development, their importance in creating new jobs, and the possibilities of effective use of local resources. Also, proposals and recommendations have been developed to further improve the investment climate, encourage business entities, and expand their participation in investment processes.
