The forestry industry is considered in terms of decomposition into areas of activity that make up the structure, problems of business processes and information infrastructure. Based on the research results, a stack of tasks related to the development, reengineering and support of enterprise information infrastructure components is formed, the solution of which will allow us to develop a strategy for optimizing business processes and digital transformation, which in its concept should reflect the use of modern methods of lean and environmentally friendly production.
