INCREASING THE MOTIVATION OF WORKERS IN INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES

Abstract
This article thoroughly analyzes the theoretical and practical aspects of increasing employee motivation in industrial enterprises. Motivation mechanisms are considered as a decisive factor in ensuring labor productivity, developing innovative activity, and strengthening the competitiveness of enterprises. The author, on a scientific basis, analyzes the effectiveness of the main means of forming employee motivation - material incentives, moral recognition, opportunities for professional development, and social support systems.
