This article analyzes how the fairness of the salary system affects labor productivity, employees' attitudes towards work, and motivation. Based on modern approaches, the importance of a fair payment system is highlighted, and the main principles for achieving it are discussed. The article also addresses the role of an effective and transparent salary system in ensuring social stability within the organization.
