This article attempts to shed light on the ethical aspects of understanding legal reality and its role in ensuring the rule of law, the development of legal reality in the conditions of new Uzbekistan, the role and significance of legal reality in raising the consciousness and worldview of young people in Uzbekistan, the role of legal literacy in the development of young people as individuals, finding their place in society and active participation in the development of the country, the trends in the development of legal consciousness and legal culture of citizens, and its role in the development of the state and society from a philosophical, legal, and theoretical perspective.
