Abstract

This article explores strategies for supporting small and medium-sized businesses by introducing innovative technologies in the bank lending system. During the study, the role of artificial intelligence, big data, FinTech platforms, blockchain and cloud technologies in improving lending processes, reducing credit risks and expanding financial inclusion was highlighted. Also, the dynamics of digital lending indicators in the banking system of Uzbekistan in 2023-2025 are analyzed, and the impact of innovative technologies on financial support of small and medium-sized businesses is based on this. In the article, the strategic directions of the development of this field are determined, and scientific and practical proposals for solving existing problems are developed.
