The formation of communicative culture in language learners is critical for effective language instruction, especially in foreign language classes. Oral activities that stress speaking and listening abilities have proven to be effective techniques for developing communicative competence. This article investigates the methods for developing students’ communication cultures through the systematic use of oral activities.
