Abstract

This article studies the scientific and pedagogical model of the gradual formation of the long jump technique in young track and field athletes. It is determined by the need to transfer the running speed to the landing phase without losses and to eliminate biomechanical problems in maintaining balance in the air. The article proposes a three-stage training methodology aimed at optimizing the coordination of movements, which covers landing mechanics, horizontal speed integration and flight trajectory control.
