ORGANIZING AND MANAGING INDIVIDUALIZED EDUCATION THROUGH WEB RESOURCES

This article explores the issues of individualized learning in primary education through the use of web resources in extracurricular activities. It analyzes the pedagogical aspects of organizing and managing the educational process by considering students’ individual characteristics. The role of web resources in improving the quality of education and the mechanisms of their practical implementation are also discussed. The findings highlight the importance of pedagogical management in ensuring the effectiveness of individualized learning.
