Mazkur maqolada majburiy zahira siyosatining markaziy banklar tomonidan pul-kredit tartibga solish vositasi sifatidagi o‘rni va ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda tijorat banklari depozitlari bo‘yicha belgilangan zahira me’yorlarining bank tizimi likvidliligi, kreditlash hajmi hamda umumiy iqtisodiy barqarorlikka ta’siri ilmiy asosda yoritilgan. Maqolada turli mamlakatlar tajribasi asosida majburiy zahira siyosatini takomillashtirish yo‘nalishlari ham taklif etilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari pul-kredit siyosati samaradorligini oshirish hamda bank tizimi barqarorligini ta’minlashga xizmat qiladi.
