Abstract

This article examines the impact of effective Human Resource Management (HRM) on the economic performance of organizations. In modern competitive markets, organizations increasingly recognize human capital as a key factor of productivity and sustainable growth. The study analyzes how HRM practices such as recruitment, training, performance evaluation, motivation, and employee retention contribute to improving organizational efficiency and financial outcomes. The research is based on theoretical analysis of academic literature and practical observations in the field of management.
