ORGANIZATIONAL AND METHODOLOGICAL FEATURES OF ADAPTIVE PHYSICAL EDUCATION IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF PRIMARY STUDENTS

This article scientifically analyzes the organizational and methodological features of organizing adaptive physical education classes when working with primary school students. During the research, the impact of adaptive exercises on students’ physical and psychomotor development was studied based on pedagogical observation, control exercises, and comparative methods. The obtained results showed that organizing adaptive physical education classes through an individual approach, differentiated load, and step-by-step organization improves students’ physical activity, coordination, and balance indicators. The article also develops scientific-methodological foundations and practical recommendations for the effective organization of adaptive physical education classes in primary schools of general education institutions.
