In the article, in the novel "Horizon" by Said Ahmed, life behind the front of the Second World War, issues of human psyche and national character are analyzed from an artistic and aesthetic point of view. The principles of realism, the skill of character creation, and the ideological direction of the work are explained from the point of view of literary studies.
