This study examines the role of logistics systems in increasing production efficiency in modern industrial enterprises. The paper highlights the importance of effective management of material, information, and financial flows in ensuring the continuity of production processes. Particular attention is given to supply chain coordination, inventory optimization, transportation planning, and the implementation of digital logistics technologies. The research demonstrates that an integrated logistics system contributes to cost reduction, improved resource utilization, increased productivity, and enhanced competitiveness. Furthermore, the study emphasizes that logistics has evolved from a supporting function into a strategic tool for achieving sustainable industrial development under conditions of globalization and digital transformation.Downloads
