Abstract

 The increasing intensity of global competition and rising production costs have compelled manufacturing enterprises to adopt advanced management approaches aimed at improving efficiency and sustainability. Among these approaches, Lean and Kaizen have emerged as effective methodologies for enhancing economic performance through continuous improvement and waste elimination. This article examines the economic effects of implementing Lean and Kaizen approaches in production systems, focusing on cost reduction, operational efficiency, waste minimization, productivity growth, and product quality improvement. Based on theoretical foundations and empirical evidence from industrial applications, the study demonstrates that the integration of Lean and Kaizen significantly improves resource utilization and strengthens enterprise competitiveness. The findings confirm that systematic process optimization and employee involvement in continuous improvement generate measurable economic benefits and support long-term industrial development.
