This article analyzes the theoretical and philosophical foundations of creating a new spiritual space in Uzbekistan in the conditions of a social state. The article highlights the impact of the principles of justice, equality and protection of citizens' rights of the concept of a social state on the spiritual stability of society. It also reveals the development of legal consciousness and spiritual values, their role in social stability and state development. The content of the concept of a “new spiritual space”, its inextricable connection with the activities of social institutions and its importance in forming a healthy spiritual environment in society are substantiated.
