INTEGRATION OF TECHNICAL TRAINING AIDS (TTA) INTO THE SHOOTING PREPARATION OF STUDENT BIATHLETES

This paper addresses актуal issues related to improving the methodology of teaching technical and tactical actions to student biathletes engaged in summer biathlon on roller skis under the conditions of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The necessity of integrating technical training aids and rhythm-structural complexes across five intensity zones into the structure of the annual training cycle, particularly during the transition and preparatory periods, is substantiated.
A methodology for shooting and motor training aimed at improving shooting accuracy, speed endurance, and functional stability of athletes was developed and experimentally tested. The results of the pedagogical experiment demonstrated a significant improvement in race time, increased shooting accuracy, reduced number of technical errors, and decreased heart rate before shooting execution.
The obtained data confirm the effectiveness of the comprehensive application of modern technical training aids and a scientifically grounded structure of the training process for developing stable technical and tactical skills in student biathletes and improving their competitive performance.
