Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are a core component of Uzbekistan’s economy, playing a major role in output and employment. This study analyzes key economic mechanisms for strengthening SME competitiveness and resilience, focusing on innovation, digitalization, access to finance, skills development, market diversification, and sustainability. The results show that an integrated approach combining these factors enhances SMEs’ adaptability and supports sustainable economic growth.Downloads
