EFFECTIVENESS OF LOCAL THERAPY IN FACULTATIVE PRECANEROUS DISEASES OF THE ORAL MUCOSA
Main Article Content
Abstract
Facultative precancerous diseases of the oral mucosa represent a relevant medical and social problem in modern dentistry due to their chronic course, pronounced clinical manifestations, and the risk of malignant transformation. This article presents the results of a clinical study aimed at evaluating the effectiveness of various methods of local therapy for facultative precancerous diseases of the oral mucosa. A comparative analysis of the dynamics of clinical symptoms in patients of the main and control groups was performed. It was established that комплексная местная терапия with the use of anti-inflammatory and reparative agents contributes to a more rapid reduction of inflamation, decrease in pain syndrome, and acceleration of epithelialization of lesion sites.
